Welcome to YogaSaba!

My aim as a teacher is to help people care for their well-being. It is all about finding more ease & vitality within our bodies and more stillness & peace within our minds.

I mainly teach alignment-oriented Vinyasa flow yoga. This means linking breath to movement in a series of flowing sequences with emphasis on correct alignment.

I enjoy working with people of varying range of physical abilities and age. I have a particular interest in reaching anyone who has been directly or indirectly affected by cancer, anyone who has experienced stress and anxiety and struggled to find tools which worked for them. I can relate to those struggles deeply and I centre my practice around developing confidence, self-acceptance and self-love.

I have a degree in Dance Studies and a training as a Personal Life Coach. Having practiced yoga for 9 years, in 2021 I completed the 200 hour YTT program. I am also certified in Chair Yoga and Restorative Yoga practice. Since then, I have completed Oncology Yoga course by Tari Prinster at Y4C (Yoga for Cancer) which is a specialised training aimed towards working with cancer patients and cancer survivors. Science and evidence-based approach to movement can help mitigate short and long term side effects of various cancer treatments during safe and effective practice that is tailored to each participant’s ability.

YogaSaba is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS)

“The weekly online class is a real boost to my yoga practice. Sabina gives careful thought to the progress and themes of her classes, so it’s not just the same moves repeated from one week to the next. I have the flexibility to insert the weekly class into my early morning, evening or weekend schedule. Sometimes I even repeat the class so it ends up being even better value for money!"”
