I am back in Marlborough and teaching again at Spring Creek and online. In addition to the below schedule, I am available for one-to-one or small private group sessions. If you would like to find out more or have any questions regarding yoga, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Tuesday 9am and Thursday 9am Vinyasa flow (mixed experience welcome, call first if you have not practiced before)

Live and recorded

Monday 7am live ONLINE with a recording available after the class

Cost - $12 drop in or $40 for 4 class pass as a subscription

Practising at home requires having a safe space around the mat (doesn’t need to be large!) so you don’t hurt yourself if you happen to lose balance. It is important that you practice responsibly and safely by listening to your body and backing out of a position if needed.

Sometimes it is helpful to have some props handy. These can be everyday objects such as books or paper towel rolls as yoga blocks, soft belt or tie as yoga strap and maybe a cushion or a bolster

If you have any previous injuries or health concerns, feel free to contact me to discuss them before your first practice.

You need to download a free Zoom app to practice online. Once you’ve booked your class, you will receive a link and a password and you can either join the live practice or use a link to the recording and practice in your own time.

PRIVATE individual class

If you have never practiced yoga before and are anxious about joining a studio or there are particular elements you would like to explore in your practice, the tailor-made class, structured to suit your needs is the solution.

You can also opt for a transformative 6-weekly program which includes a 75 minute one to one class together every week and a link to a video with a shorter class for daily practice. This option enables me to develop a series of classes more deeply rooted in what you need physically, mentally and emotionally in order to bring a long-lasting change.

If you’d like to practice with your partner or a friend, you still benefit from a tailor-made class with me but the cost per head is lower. It can also be fun to have a yoga buddy!

These classes can be booked to practice either via Zoom or in person if you are based in Blenheim/Marlborough area in New Zealand.
